BOMB egg-salad


so it sounds weird. but it's delish.

trust me.

ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbs hummus
  • salt n' pepper
  • dijon mustard
  • 3 eggs (hard boiled, chopped, using only 1-2 of the egg yolks)
mix well in a bowl. place in fridge.
serve chilled with warmed tortillas!
